Intensives

Therapeutic Singing Bowls

What still echoes in the quiet moments? Have you done the work—talk therapy, inner reflection, growth—and yet sense there is more?

More healing. More peace. More freedom.

If you’ve come this far and feel ready to go deeper, an intensive may be your next step. Intensives are immersive healing experiences—designed to move beyond the limits of the traditional therapy hour. They offer extended, focused time to address what feels stuck or unresolved at the soul level. Whether you are working with complex trauma, navigating a life transition, or simply feeling disconnected from your truest self, intensives invite profound transformation. Sometimes, healing asks for more space—more breath, more time to feel what needs  to be felt.

To learn more or schedule a consultation, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to support your process with care and intention.

Intensive Trauma Therapy

There are seasons in life when the soul calls for immersion — a sacred pause to turn inward with full presence and intention.

Intensive trauma therapy offers this kind of sanctuary: 3–5 consecutive days of deep, focused healing designed to support significant movement through long-held pain or trauma.

Together, we set clear intentions and gently walk through the inner terrain that’s ready to be met. These sessions offer enough time to go deep, while remaining safely held in a grounded and structured container. With trust as our foundation and presence as our guide, the healing possible here is not only powerful—it can be life-changing.

Psychedelic Intensives

There is a place within you where deep wisdom and healing live. Psychedelic medicines invite you into this sacred space. In these non-ordinary states of consciousness, it becomes possible to gently touch the roots of pain, reconnect with lost parts of yourself, and remember the wholeness that has always been yours. If you feel called to this kind of work, I invite you to begin with a conversation. Together, we can explore your intentions, your needs, and whether this path feels aligned for you. Psychedelic intensives can also be woven together with other trauma-informed modalities, including EMDR, to deepen the healing process. Each journey is shaped around your unique story and inner knowing. If your heart feels ready—or even just curious—please reach out to schedule a consultation.

EMDR Intensives

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful yet gentle therapeutic approach designed to help people heal from the emotional wounds of trauma or difficult life events (past or present). It invites you to bring difficult memories into focus while engaging in rhythmic, bilateral stimulation. This process helps the brain safely reprocess painful experiences, reducing their emotional charge and loosening their grip on your present life.

Rather than reliving the pain, EMDR creates space for release, clarity, and transformation. Over time, the distress, fear, and anxiety tied to those memories begin to fade, replaced by a sense of peace and renewed perspective. EMDR can be seamlessly woven into a broader healing journey, working alongside talk therapy and medication to support deep, lasting recovery. It’s not just about managing symptoms—it’s about restoring wholeness and reclaiming your inner calm.

What types of past experiences can intensives help with?

Intensives are proven to help with many types of early life events including: - Sexual assault, physical assault, robbery, other crime - Childhood abuse - Bullying, discrimination, harassment - Betrayal or abandonment - Loss of a loved one or someone close to you - Life-threatening illness or serious injury - Medical traumas - And much more

Considering an Intensive?

Let’s begin with a conversation to see if an intensive is the right path for your healing journey. In this space, we’ll explore your needs, hopes, and readiness for deeper work. If an intensive isn’t the best fit right now, I’ll guide you toward other supportive therapy options that may better serve where you are. Intensives are thoughtfully designed for those ready to dive deep—offering focused, immersive work that can lead to meaningful and lasting transformation. It’s about clearing space for real healing, in a way that honors your pace and your story.
