My Approach
Psychedelic work is sacred work. It is more than simply consuming a substance—it is an intentional process of opening, listening, healing, and integrating. My approach includes:
-
Thoughtful preparation to clarify intentions, build safety, and honor the sacred nature of this work
-
Guidance and ceremony facilitation (where appropriate and legal) to support a safe, meaningful journey
-
Integration coaching to help translate insights into sustainable, soul-aligned change Trauma-informed, compassionate, and client-centered care that respects your unique path
Whether you are seeking relief from suffering, spiritual growth, or a deeper connection to your purpose and Self, I am committed to offering a safe, grounded, and heart-centered space for your journey.
I support clients working with:
Ketamine
A legally available medicine with powerful dissociative and visionary properties, ketamine can interrupt cycles of depression, anxiety, and trauma by opening access to new ways of seeing and feeling. Guided ketamine sessions invite profound shifts in consciousness, catalyzing emotional release, insight, and spiritual perspective.

When you're ready, we can begin with a consultation- I'm here to support your process with care and intention.

Psilocybin
This sacred medicine has been used for millennia to facilitate spiritual awakening, deep introspection, and connection to the natural world. Psilocybin journeys often bring a sense of unity, forgiveness, and expanded meaning. I offer respectful preparation, navigation, and integration to help you honor and fully receive the teachings of this transformative experience.
MDMA
Renowned for its heart-opening and empathogenic qualities, MDMA can soften defenses, reduce fear, and allow safe exploration of even the most painful memories. In a carefully held therapeutic container, MDMA-assisted sessions support deep emotional processing, self-compassion, and healing of trauma while inviting profound spiritual connection to love itself.

Other Plant Medicines
Beyond these specific medicines, many plant teachers, including cannabis, are used in ceremonial and psychological contexts to bring healing, insight, and connection to Spirit. I offer preparation and integration support for those called to work with these medicines in respectful, intentional ways—helping you enter with clarity and integrate their lessons into your life with wisdom and care.

FAQs
Who can benefit from psychedelic-assisted therapy?
Psychedelic-assisted therapy may benefit people struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, life transitions, spiritual disconnection, relationship challenges, or longstanding patterns that feel difficult to shift through traditional approaches alone. Many people also seek this work for personal growth, self-exploration, creativity, or a deeper sense of meaning and connection. If you’re curious whether I can help, I encourage you to reach out.
What is included in the programs?
Programs typically include preparation sessions, intention setting, education about the medicine and process, guided psychedelic experiences or coaching support, integration sessions afterward, and personalized recommendations to help you apply insights in daily life. Some intensives may also include mindfulness practices, somatic work, EMDR-informed approaches, ritual elements, nature experiences, or reflective activities such as journaling or labyrinth walks.
Is this legal?
My work is grounded in a harm reduction approach, which focuses on education, preparation, safety, emotional support, and integration rather than providing illegal substances. I do not provide or prescribe psychedelic medicines outside of legally permitted frameworks. While ketamine may be legally prescribed in certain clinical settings, most psychedelic substances remain federally illegal in the United States, including in Arizona. Arizona has not decriminalized psychedelics at the state or local level in the way some other states and cities have. Harm reduction recognizes that many people are already exploring psychedelics independently or through legal therapeutic avenues. Rather than ignoring that reality, this approach aims to reduce potential risks by emphasizing informed decision-making, screening for contraindications, careful preparation, safe set and setting, emotional support, and meaningful integration afterward. Ultimately, participation in psychedelic work is a personal decision that involves understanding both the potential benefits and the legal and psychological risks. My role is to provide trauma-informed, ethical, and supportive guidance focused on safety, responsibility, and integration.
Can seniors safely participate in your program?
Many older adults participate safely and meaningfully in psychedelic work. In fact, some seniors seek this work for emotional healing, life review, grief, spirituality, anxiety, or existential concerns. Medical history, medications, cardiovascular health, and cognitive factors should be carefully evaluated beforehand.
What are your qualifications as a facilitator?
I am a licensed psychologist with more than 30 years of clinical experience specializing in trauma, eating disorders, EMDR, and psychospiritual approaches to healing. I have advanced training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, integration work, and trauma-informed care, along with extensive experience supporting clients through transformative and spiritually meaningful experiences.
