Therapy & Integration

What is Therapy?

If you’re longing for deeper clarity, healing, or a sense of connection within yourself, therapy might be the next step on your path.

Therapy is a sacred space where you can slow down, tune in, and explore what’s really going on inside of you. It’s a guided conversation where I will hold space for your thoughts, feelings, and experiences—with curiosity, compassion, and no judgment. Together, we will uncover the patterns and wounds that may be shaping your life, and gently work through them. It’s not just about coping—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, healing old stories, and creating more inner peace, clarity, and meaning. I can support you in working on a range of concerns, including trauma, eating disorders and addictive behaviors, depression and many more. Over time, therapy can feel like coming home to who you truly are.

To learn more or schedule a consultation, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to support your process with care and intention.

What is Integration?

If a psychedelic journey has sparked something deep within you—opened your heart, expanded your mind, or awakened a new sense of purpose—integration is the path that helps you carry that wisdom forward into your life.

Psychedelic integration is the practice of grounding and embodying the insights, emotions, and revelations from your experience. It’s a gentle yet transformative process—guided by a therapist or mentor—that helps you reflect, understand, and integrate the lessons you received, so they can become a lasting part of your journey. This is where the true magic unfolds, as you release old patterns, embrace newfound clarity, and step more fully into your authentic self. With integration, you weave the threads of your experience into the tapestry of your life, bringing forth a deeper sense of peace, presence, and possibility. Examples of integration include: guided journaling, art, shadow work and embodiment practices.

Trauma Work

Trauma work is the sacred process of healing and reclaiming your inner peace after the wounds of the past have shaped your present.

It’s a journey of honoring your story, feeling your pain, and gently transforming the heaviness that lingers into wisdom and strength.

Through therapy, you begin to unravel the layers of trauma—whether it’s from childhood, loss, or any deeply painful experience—and create a new narrative of resilience and healing. Supported by a therapist who holds space with compassion and expertise, trauma work helps you move from survival to thriving, releasing the grip of old patterns and finding freedom in your mind, body, and soul. With each step, you awaken more fully to who you truly are, grounded in your own power, presence, and peace. I offer support through a variety of transformative healing modalities, including EMDR, Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, Inner Child Healing, and Shadow Work, all tailored to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with your true self.

EDMR

EMDR is a transformative approach to trauma healing that helps you process and rewire the memories and emotions tied to past wounds. EMDR gently helps your brain reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional charge and creating space for new perspectives. It’s not about “forgetting” the trauma but about shifting how you relate to it, so it no longer holds you back. This therapy allows you to release the grip of painful memories, creating a sense of freedom and calm where there was once fear or overwhelm. EMDR opens the door to a more peaceful, present way of being, helping you step into a life of deeper healing, balance, and possibility. If you're curious about how this approach might support your growth and healing, I’d be honored to connect with you.
